SULDOK
Account & data deletion
This page explains how to delete your SULDOK account and the personal data linked to it, and which data we must keep for legal reasons. SULDOK is operated for users of legal drinking age.
How to request deletion
You can delete your account in any of the following ways:
- In the app: open the "MY" tab → Settings → "Delete account", then confirm. (Cancel any active membership first.)
- On the web: sign in at suldok.com, open your Account page, and choose "Delete account".
- By contacting support: visit https://suldok.com/en/support and request account deletion with the email address on your account.
Grace period
After you request deletion there is a 30-day grace period during which you can restore your account by contacting support. After the grace period the deletion is finalized and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
When deletion is finalized, we remove or anonymize the personal data that identifies you, including:
- Email address (anonymized) and display name (cleared)
- Shipping addresses and phone number
- Push notification tokens and notification preferences
- Newsletter / drop / event subscriptions
- The link between your account and our payment processor (Stripe customer reference)
What is retained, and for how long
- Order, invoice and payment records
- Kept in anonymized form for statutory accounting/tax retention periods (up to 10 years under German law, GoBD / §147 AO). These records no longer identify you directly.
- Age-verification proof
- Minimal proof (verification time and method) is retained to comply with age-restricted (alcohol) regulations.
- Payment card details
- Never stored by SULDOK — handled and held by our payment processor (Stripe).
