Terms of Use
01Provider & effective date
These Terms of Use govern your use of suldok.com, operated by SULDOK UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Uhlandstraße 32, c/o Mindspace, 10719 Berlin, Germany (registered HRB 286875, Amtsgericht Berlin-Charlottenburg).
Effective date: 2026-06-01. We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
02Scope & acceptance
By browsing this site, creating an account, or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
03Orders & contract
Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. A purchase contract is formed when we confirm your order by email, or at the latest when the item is dispatched.
We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. stock unavailable, price error, or age/eligibility not verifiable) and will refund any amount already paid.
04Prices & VAT
Prices are shown in euro (€) and include statutory German VAT where applicable. Our VAT identification number is currently being issued and will be added once available.
Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown before you confirm payment at checkout.
05Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We do not store full card details on our own servers. Accepted methods are shown at checkout and may vary by region.
06Shipping & delivery
We ship throughout the EU from Germany; selected items may ship to further European markets as noted on the product page. Fees, delivery times, and any free-shipping thresholds are described on our Shipping page and calculated at checkout.
07Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days, subject to legal exceptions. Full instructions and the model withdrawal form are in the “Right of Withdrawal” section below.
08Warranty & returns
Statutory warranty rights apply. Handcrafted ceramic vessels may show slight natural variation in form, glaze, and texture — these reflect the craft and are not defects.
If an item arrives damaged, contact support@suldok.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos; we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
09Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service or interfere with its operation. Where alcohol is offered, purchases are restricted to adults (18+) and age verification is required.
10Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, editorial, images, and brand marks — is owned by SULDOK UG or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
11Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory law (incl. the Product Liability Act). For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to foreseeable, typical damage.
12Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
13Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). (The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.)

Right of Withdrawal
01Instructions on withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us — SULDOK UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Uhlandstraße 32, c/o Mindspace, 10719 Berlin, Germany, support@suldok.com — by a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email) of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires.
02Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same means of payment you used, unless agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return. You must send back the goods without undue delay and within 14 days; you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
03Model withdrawal form & exceptions

Ordered on / received on: [date]. Name and address: [your details]. Signature (only if on paper). Date: [date].”
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to sealed food/beverage goods unsealed after delivery and to goods made to your individual specification.
