We currently ship within Germany, our home base. EU-wide delivery is rolling out — availability for your country will be shown at checkout as regions open.

A flat shipping fee of €9.90 applies to all orders. Exact fees are shown at checkout before payment.

Free shipping applies automatically to orders of €99 or more.

Bottles are packed with protective materials to travel safely. If an item arrives damaged, contact contact@suldok.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view tracking anytime under MY → Orders. Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
