We currently ship to Germany and France. More EU countries are opening — availability for your country will be shown at checkout as regions open.

Shipping depends on your delivery country: €9.90 to Germany and €15.00 to France. Exact fees are shown at checkout before payment.

Free shipping applies automatically to orders of €99 or more.

Bottles are packed with protective materials to travel safely. If an item arrives damaged, contact contact@suldok.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view tracking anytime under MY → Orders. Delivery usually takes 2–3 days after dispatch within Germany. Each product page shows its dispatch date.
