We ship throughout the European Union from our base in Germany. Selected drops may be available to the UK, Switzerland, and other European markets — availability is noted on each product page.

A flat shipping fee of €6.90 applies to cart orders. Exact fees are shown at checkout before payment.

Free shipping applies automatically to orders of €99 or more.

Members receive free shipping once per calendar month, depending on their membership tier.

Our ceramic vessels are packed with protective materials to travel safely. If an item arrives damaged, contact contact@suldok.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view tracking anytime under MY → Orders. Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
