OUR HERITAGE
FROM A KOREAN APOTHECARY TRADITION
Baekkyung Distillery began in a family of Korean apothecaries. For generations, we practiced “Beopje” — the traditional method of refining natural ingredients in Korean medicine. That philosophy continues through fermentation. Using rice, nuruk, water, and time, we craft refined yakju with balance, structure, and restraint.
