OUR HERITAGE

HYANGON is built layer by layer through five stages of brewing, using Hyangon-gok — a traditional Korean nuruk made with mung bean. Over 180 days, each stage is given the time it needs before the next begins. It is a demanding way to brew, rooted in generations of Korean knowledge and preserved not because it is easy, but because of what it creates: remarkable depth, complexity and elegance.
